Hi everyone,
I had my attempt this morning and I am ov today. I have quite a bit of cm (although it is quite watery), I took a zyrtec this morning but it hasn't dried me up, should I take a benadryl as well. I read a previous post where atomic said you shouldn't take anything after the attempt as you need to give the sperm a chance. What do you think? Tmi but it's in my knickers as well as when I wipe so quite a bit!! Thanks!!!
I don't know how to delete but ignore my question, I found the right thread with the information I need!
FWIW, I took a Zyrtek when I woke up for the day (our attempt had been a couple of hours earlier so it was afterwards). I also took a Night Aid (like Benadryl) the night before and I don't think I was ever completely dry. GL swish!
I'm glad you found what you were looking for! Remember, you need SOME CM for the sperm to be able to reach the egg anyway.
