Can you tell?

I went for my 19 week ultrasound yesterday and my husband and i didnt want to find out… But when i got home i realized that the guessing game is kinda fun and now i cant stop thinking about this picture and what gender I see. I feel like i see boy male and female parts haha. Can anyone figure it out?
