I ate a LOT of Campells vegetarian vegetable soup LOL. :agree: As long as you're not limiting sodium I really recommend it for LE Diet.

Atomic how can I be one a dream member? I don't have Paypal otherwise I would have already signed up. Is there another method of payment I could use?

I made a nice one with one white potato, cauliflower, leeks, a carrot and vegetable stock. Then at the end a bit of quark to make it creamier but still fat-free!

I usually roast sweet potato,onions and boil broc and cauliflower.For a bit of creaminess I add a tablespoon of cream cheese and flavour with tumeric,mixed herbs and pepper.

You do not need a paypal account. Paypal is a processing agent to keep your info private. It allows credit, debit cards and echecks. You do not need to store your payment info there.

Could I use EMT perhaps?
