Ttc/swaying after losses

Hey everyone:wave: my name is Abi and I'm new here. My husband and I have two gorgeous, amazing daughters who are the light of our lives. We are ttc our third child and are trying to sway blue this time. We have had 4 losses, two of them recent and will be starting clomid this cycle. Today is cd1 and I will be taking my clomid days 3-7 so I don't have much time to start a plan or anything but I'm interested to see what I can find so I decided to join in on the fun:bluecheer: any advise for a beginning blue swayer would be much appreciated, thank you :)

Can you get some Preseed and guanefesin?? those two things may really help.

I would also have you in with 3-5 attempts in your fertile window (O-3 thru O Day). DO NOT try to go for one attempt on O Day, one attempt (regardless of timing) has gotten us 70-75% GIRLS!! If you MUST do timing (which doesn't work) then have 3 attempts, one the night of O-1, then the next morning, then again the following night.

Hello, thank you for replying :) I became a member on the site so I went and read through the HE diet and the other tips on swaying blue. I actually do have preseed and I will go get some Robitussin today. We took the plunge yesterday and started the HE diet even if it may be too late I figured it couldn't hurt, I drank lemon water all day yesterday and I will keep doing it for the next few days. I don't think I'm worried about timing as much as getting my ph level down there more alkaline, I'm also going to be taking clomid this cycle so we are going to follow SMEP.

HE Diet works fast so it certainly won't hurt a thing! And this way if you don't get pg this first month you'll have a head start.

Preseed and Robi will do all you need to do for pH. We have found that the sky high pH numbers are not necessary and actually may even hurt a blue sway and Preseed, semen, and natural CM (increased by Robitussin) will do everything you need to do to have your pH just right.
