Fell off the wago a few times..

Hi, I have been following Le diet,which then turned to PCOS diet for 8 months or so,with lots of days in between where I just ate anything I wanted and I mean everything.I always continued my excercise though.I think at this point I'm just ready to fall pregnant.I have decided to get back onto the diet and will try attempt in the next month or so,hopefully with the help of clomid(seeing specialist next week) should I give myself more time to get back into it again? I just came off a weekend of eating the worst food,My BMI is 19 and I doc notice some darker hairs appearing,which I think would be from all the bad food.

A weekend of off eating can't suddenly make dark hairs growing - I think it's prob. just a fluke thing (probably from menstrual cycle fluctuations.)

I would not have you hold off after one bad weekend and some off days here or ther. You've been at this for quite a while and if Clomid is in the mix, even better.
