Diet V's RePhresh & Supps
Ok, I'm minorly (almost majorly!!!) freaking out - I was certain I was heading for a BFP this month, but it looks like I was VERY wrong! So I got quite lax on the diet. I had thought that because I'd slackened I should skip ttc next month and aim for 6 wks time when I can be back on the diet fairly solidly. But do you think if I am using RePhresh to lower my PH and on all my supps and go back to the diet properly tomorrow for 2.5 wks that I should be ok to ttc next month? I should add that I'll be going away for 5 days and the diet may be a little more difficult but not impossible.
Would love your thoughts and opinions and advice!!!!
