What is making you question the ultrasound tech?

She only seen it for a second and said it was a girl we were there for at least 20 minutes before she seen anything

That's a girl.

The shy ones are very often girls - just that she took so long to say girl may mean it's more likely to be a girl.

It looks girl to me - congrats!

I would feel confident with that scan photo and the tech believing its a girl :)
