Fertility Friend Help
Can someone please explain my temps? I've only started temping this month and they have started to rise but I can't have ovulated yet as it's far too early and also my period has only just finished! I take them at 7am every day so I don't understand this! Wondering if temping is actually working!!!! HELP!!!Attachment 31414

It is normal for temps to fluctuate a bit. Some women have high temps still when they have AF so they have only just come down now.
You need at least 3 days of sustained high temps for it to indicate ovulation. Just keep temping and it will become clearer.

It's totally normal for temps to go up and down, it's the overall pattern you're looking for.
I completely second everything purple said, not unusual at all for there to be very high temps at first that then drop - some women choose not to temp at this part of the cycle because of that. The high early temps can sometimes make the algorithm that FF uses, get confused.
Jsut to be sure you're using BBT thermometer and not just a regular kid's one, right???

Yes it's a bbt one. This is my chart today... When do you think I might ovulate? I'm planning to stop vitex Saturday or Sunday Attachment 31439

I couldn't say just yet. Still looks anovulatory (which is normal for now.)

You can't really tell when you will ovulate from temps but sometimes women will have obvious dips before and can see a pattern form over time.
Mine tend to have no pattern so I use OPKs to indicate possibe ovulation and temps to confirm it (well I used to, I don't bother temping anymore as it stresses me out)

If your chart is still going up and down like that Maria, drop the vitex now even if you haven't got pos OPK yet.

I dropped the Vitex yesterday
