Exercise and DH supplements question
DH is considering one more sway attempt. Woop woop! I've decided to add exercise to my sway as I didn't do it last time and I really want to give myself the best chance for a girlie. I did a test run today of an exercise regime I think may be manageable for me - 40 min bike ride (on exercise bike) then 20 min walk/jog around the block. I am very unfit, so I didn't push myself hard. I know if I go hell bent hard core on the cardio I won't be able to sustain it 6 days a week cause I'm essentially pretty lazy and hate exercise. Is moderate exercise OK??? Also what supplements can DH take to help sway pink? TIA
