Following. Was wondering the same thing this morning. I struggle to drink more than one cup of coffee a day as I am sensitive to caffine.

I don't think it is known if it if something else in the coffee or the caffeine.Tea has caffeine and that sways boy.
I have both caffinated and decaf coffee. Decaf is good for the afternoon so it doesn't effect my sleep.
What purple said ^^
We don't know how coffee sways, just that it does.
Thanks ladies... I am sensitive to caffeinated coffee as well familymatters. I think I'll add decaff into my sway.
We do not know, and thus I suggest sticking with caffeinated coffee if you're using it as a sway tactic.
...of course if you're not tolerating it well, I'd do decaf coffee rather than tea, that's for sure.
We have no idea. We have no idea how most of these things work. I really hesitate to guess, because I feel that's what the other sway-theory people have done - made these wild guesses acting like they know what was swaying when they have no clue, and that leads everyone to start focusing on the theory instead of just doing what is working. That's how we end up with people taking 1000 herbs and spices for "testosterone" when the reality is that no one even knows if testosterone is swaying!!!
