15 Week Skull Guesses?

Hi everyone! I'm a super proud mom of two wonderful little boys. Happily expecting #3 at the end of November/early December. My CNM office doesn't do anatomy scans until 23 weeks but we got a surprise scan at 15 weeks due to baby hiding from the doppler. Anyone care to take a guess? No nub, potty or great skull shots, unfortunately. The important thing is baby has a beating heart (low 160's) and appears to be healthy and growing on schedule!Attachment 31680 Attachment 31681
