I am not sure which antihistamines translate into the ones Atomic speaks of in the Library here in Canada, Ontario, Toronto.
I was thinking Reactin? Anyone from Canada, Ontario who can help? Or who just knows this info better than me!
Thank you!

Robitussin (guaifenesin) :agree:
I think Benylin has a guaifenesin-only formula as well. Just make sure it's the only ingredient. If it says DM on the bottle put it down!
Thanks!
What does DM mean? AM I looking for guarenesin? I thought I was looking for cetirizine or diphenhydramine as only ingredients?
I checked Reactin today and theres a ton of ingredients.
oh im not sure, whats dm mean ?
Guanefesin sways blue. Yes yes anyone who uses guan needs to avoid dextromethorphan! :agree:
Look for the active ingredients cetirizine and diphenhydramine for pink sways.
Reactin has been used by people, i just don't have the experience with it that I do the other two.
Any drying agent (antihistamine) should work. I like you guys to avoid pseudoephedrine since it was linked to strokes in young women, particularly when taking it in the way that some take it for swaying.
dextromethorphan and it's often put into guanefesin medications. It's not safe when tTC.
For the most part I want you guys to use guan for blue sways, altho some people do end up using it on pink sways when they need to get pregnant and have no EWCM.
For pink sways most will use drying agents like antihstamine.
OOPS, apologies, thought I was in the TTC blue section there!
Robitussin with guaifenesin only for blue.
Reactine in Canada has: Cetirizine HCI 10mg :agree:
Oh no worries at all Anchor, thanks for info about the Reactin!!! I think I knew that once upon a time but had forgot. :)
