Positive Vibes Please!

Hey Ladies,

So I have been on the diet for 9 weeks now and we have decided TTC this week. I am doing the every 4th day plan to help my odds of conception. The first night we TTC I had a HUGE interview and was super stressed. Then Monday another interview, and Tuesday (today) another interview. I am worried I have ruined my sway because I have been so focused on the interviews... I have still been doing the cardio and the diet however. Today was the 4th day and we were supposed to DTD but I'm honestly so tired and emotionally worn out I am thinking we will wait until tomorrow.

Also, I thought I would get a +OPK today but nope.... it says I'm not even fertile. Low reading. So, could stress throw off my ovulation? I thought stress only affected AF.

Anyways I am feeling down about sway,... worried I have ruined it because of stress this month. I am on CD 18 and not sure where O is....

Stress never affects AF. It ONLY affects ovulation, and then since you get your period 14 days after you ovulate it makes it look liek AF was late from stress but really it was O.

Don't worry about stress that is out of your control. The only reason I even mention it as a sway factor is to prevent people from doing these super huge sway projects that add lots of "control-freakishness" to their lives.

Control-freakishness DOES sway blue. Stressfull situations may even sway pink!!
