How much fat is allowed??
Just clarifying....As long as we stay under 60g of fat, we're good right? And while I'm at it, I try to stay just under 50g of protein too. This is what everyone else is doing too right? :nails: I am also trying to keep my calorie intake around 1500. Man, with keeping protein under 50g you kind of HAVE to go vegetarian! EEK! And since I'm not taking calcium and magnesium as IG suggests, it's ok that I drink a lot of dairy right? Or should I be dairy free?
