u/s shows "single live gestation" neg hpt

Hi im looking for thoughts. I went for a u/s to check for cysts. Nothing was said during my u/s except they said to make sure they're were pics of "sacs". When I got my report everything was normal but a "single live interuterine gestation was seen" I had tested the day of my u/s and day after, bfn.... how??? Any way I think I miscarriaged after heavy bleeding but looking at my pics I can't work anything out. Does anyone know what the images A and B are? Can anyone see anything in Any of my pics? Thank u in advance

There has been the very rare pregnancy that did not register on HPT so if you are still in doubt they may want to run a blood test and should probably do another scan to be sure the products of conception are gone. :heart:
