Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I was consistently on the LE diet (except for a week or so of occasional cheats) but as I got used to the diet I started to realize that adding a Vegan diet along with the LE was easier for me. Because I have issues with cheese haha. By taking it out really helped stay within the limits so much that I didn't have to count limits some days. I also drank coffee for the first time in my life, I dank white wine every night and crystal light. I always skipped breakfast and would not snack. I usually ate my first meal around noon, and dinner at 7:30pm. And my morning coffee with splenda was around 9am. I mostly ate for lunch: a bun with roasted veggies (zuchinni, eggplant, peppers) and roasted red pepper spread. (I LOVE THIS MEAL) and a soup. Dinners were usually risotto or some type of vegan rice stir fry with a salad and bacon bits with a baked potato and sour cream. Some nights I would have a veggie burger with salad or potatoes.

He did nothing. He was however very supportive of me.

DId you try to limit caffeine? Yes, I had 1 drink per day
Any Diet Details? Skipping breakfast, NO snacking, coffee everyday with white wine, and crystal light. I made sure to stay within the limits but also stay FULL. I tried to stick to foods i liked anyways so that it wouldn't be difficult.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I wanted to start the diet sooner but it took be awhile to get used to eating so differently.
I should also note that within the 9 weeks I started off moderately strict but staying in the higher limits. then after my cheat I went hard core BUT only because I found my groove. It took me awhile to find foods that kept me in the lower to mid range limits. Key for me was I needed to be full and satisfied and it took mw awhile to find these combinations of foods to do this well. So I would say my sway (only be nature of me getting the hang of it) got progressively stronger/stricter. Not sure if that helps my sway or not.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I was 155lbs and at time of conception I was/am 138. So I guess I lost 17 pounds in 9 weeks.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? The first few weeks I was doing cardio for about 5 days a week and then after my week of two of cheats I stopped but then went full force cardio every single day until conception. Even in the rain.

Any additional comments? The OPK said Low fertility so I never suspected to get pregnant with that BD. So I was pregnant while I was trying to plan getting pregnant.... I had no clue.

Any relevant attempt details? DH released on his own within the hour and then we BD about 45 minutes later. He also took a warm/hot bath. I got tipsy on white wine.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I am happy with the diet and the fact that I lost 17 pounds. I feel I did my best and what is meant to be will be.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I was only swaying for 9 weeks.
