Spots!!!
I've been on the Le Diet for the last couple of months and lately I've been getting spots on my nose either side, which I normally never get. I'm just wondering does anyone know if this is a good sign and something to do with me being on the diet and changing certain hormones in your body ... I'm hoping!!! Atomic you might be able to help! Thanks

By spots do you mean pimples? When I was doing LE I did notice some changes in my skin but it was after several months of being on it. I also noticed other changes in my body as well. We can't tell you if the changes you're experiencing are good or bad, just that being on the diet does tend to change things about your body.

There is one kind of pimple that is related to testosterone but most of them aren't.
If you get the "cystic" acne which are like hard lumps that many times don't even pop then those can be testosterone related and you may need to go onto the PCOS-type LE Diet instead of the standard one. For a few people, all the empty carbs in the "crash and burn" type LE Diet may make their T levels go up and cause or worsen acne, but it's not very common and usually you'd see other symptoms first, like longer cycles and inexplicable weight gain long before you'd develop acne from high T levels.

Yes I swayed pink for 11 months. I have my sway posted if you'd like to look at it. I don't know what I'm having yet though...won't know for another two weeks.
