HELP! So confused about nuts and egg

I am so confused, are nuts and egg allowed for blue sway?

Some said yes as they got good nutrient, others said no as they are acidic.

They are very good! I eat two eggs a day and nuts for snack with English tea. You can include some dates or prunes.

They are excellent for a boy sway! I ate tons with my DS1 and DS2. I always had nuts as a snack (sometimes with raisins), and I ate eggs regularly. We used to have breakfast for dinner as a regular meal!

The acid alkaline diet has been totally debunked.

I got 2 of my 4 boys eating 1/2 cup nuts every day and I've always eaten lots of eggs because they're cheap.

The only thing you need to be wary of with nuts is that you try to get more of your day's fats from animal and saturated fats (such as coconut oil) than you do from vegetable sources (like nuts). But as long as you're doing that, you can absolutely 110% have nuts for snacks and they are fantabulous for blue because they're proven to boost fertility.

The other reason why people say to avoid eggs for blue, in particular, is utter nonsense...they claim that eggs have progesterone in them. But you do not get your progesterone by eating it. You get it when your body makes it, and the way your body makes it is by taking cholesterol (like in eggs) and turning it first into progesterone and then it turns that progesterone into testosterone and estrogen. So if you don't have progesterone, you cannot raise your testosterone and estrogen. It is impossible to make testosterone and estrogen without making progesterone first. (Additionally the whole idea that progesterone allegedly swayed pink is nonsensical and also totally without any biological support whatsoever since ALL of us are very low in progesterone before we ovulate anyway so NO babies are being conceived when the mother is high in progesterone!! If you're high in progesterone then you don't ovulate.)
