Unable to submit background info forms - atomic's inbox is full

Hi as the subject says, I have just purchased a plan and attempted to complete the background information forms, however when I click submit I receive an error message stating that Atomic's inbox is currently full and she is unable to receive any more personal messages.

I'm so sorry. Did you resubmit already? I've cleared up that issue. So a times she receives so many it fills up.
