They're STILL sore!

I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow and one of the symptoms I've had this pregnancy that has not gone away is sore boobs. They're so sore and my nipples are so sensitive that if anything barely grazes them, it really freaking hurts! My boobs have grown quite a bit in size but not for the past month or so. I really only ever wear a bra if I have to leave the house, otherwise I forego it. I remember them being sore with DS1 but it went away by the second trimester and with DS2, I was nursing so I just had some nipple pain that went away with weaning in the first tri. I didn't think they'd still hurt this bad?! I'm worried about them hurting throughout the rest of my pregnancy which does not sound like any fun at all!
