Broken sleep and/or not enough sleep sways pink. It lowers testosterone and messes with your blood sugar.
Ugh, yet another reason I should wait to sway boy then while having a newborn 😣

I really don't think sleep in and of itself would sway girl for you. I think when it's combined with other factors like diet, exercise, etc. that it can sway pink. For nearly the first two years of DS1's life, I barely slept. Like really, I hardly slept at all and still got DS2. I was up every couple of hours at night and sometimes it would take over an hour to get him back to sleep or I'd sleep on the floor of his room which also made for crappy sleep.
I believe it sways pink at least slightly, even without other things going on but it has to be somewhat severe and long lasting. Like KS mentions I had terrible sleep at other times and got boys - but my level of sleep deprivation when I TTC my DD was like nothing I have ever experienced. o.O I am still recovering 4 years later
