20w2d, any clues?!

I had my 20w2d scan today, we did ask to find out gender but left pretty inconclusive because baby's legs were closed the whole time. Is there any clues or anyway to tell from this shot? All we got was this profile and a few front-ish/face angles. I'll upload the rest in a bit. We don't get to find out now unless we pay for a private scan. Thank you!
