Question regarding the LE diet...I think I've been getting hung up on the idea of weight loss and recreating "famine" conditions. Now I'm worried I'm doing the diet wrong. I've gone completely vegan but not counting calories or protein/fat at all. I suspect for the most part I'm probably under for both on most days. I can't lose any more weight so just to confirm...I should be focusing on carbs? Like pasta, bread, potato, sugar etc? Is the high carb/low protein&fat ratio more important than consuming less calories?
