It looks a bit like one of my son's so I'm guessing boy. I hope I'm wrong though.

I don't think the entire nub has been captured here, but I am also leaning Blue.

hesitantly i want to say this reminds me of my middle daughter who everyone guessed boy nub and she ended up being a little girl....her nub was also kind of tricky where it was long and thin but looked JUST angled enough it looked like it was on the rise..but it wasnt...so im going to give you a tentative PINK guess :)
