Pgd gender selection

I know pgd screens for a lot of diseases and problems, but have u ever had someone do pgd and still have a baby with abnormalities?

Also, I'm prego with my 3rd boy, expecting in early November, which means I'll be turning 38 then too (my bday is in Nov too). After 3 csections, would it be better to wait 6-8 months and start cycling or would u recommend waiting a year and turning 39 but with a more healed uterus?

Some people mentioned that your clinic may not have packages for more than 1 cycle. Do I still have those packages and if so how much is the 2 or 3 cycle packages?
