I have been doing LE diet now for almost 2 months. Supps started last month. My cycle is usually between 28 and 30 days. I just got AF today and that means this month's was only 20 days!?
This has NEVER happened to me. Is it possible the diet and or supplements are messing with it? We did not DTD last month so no possibility of pregnancy or anything but this COMPLETELY throws off my attempts which were supposed to be Sept.
Anyone experience this?!

I just read that a cycle of less than 21 dsys could indicate that I did not ovulate. I am now getting a tad concerned.

Have you used the saw palmetto before, or is this the first time? It could be altering your cycle. What about diet? Being underweight or losing a lot of weight quickly could cause the same thing.
If your cycles are consistently that short, I would expect either anovulatory or a luteal phase problem.
Yes last time I conceived my daughter (2 years ago) I took it for 2 months prior.
I haven't lost that much weight so far. 3 pounds at most. It's just very odd bc it's never happened before.

It could be the SP. It could also be that you didn't O. Are you charting? Were you doing OPKs this month?

I think your body may have geared up to O but then didn't. It happens sometimes. I would drop the SP anyway. What is your weight like? Have you lost a lot?
