Most important thing for sway success...
I just wanted to double check, is following the le diet generally considered the most important factor in the sway? I've been reading lots & trying to piece it together & just want to make sure I'm not missing anything :)
Do people generally not bother with supps now? I doubt I'll have time to do any exercise with work & 2 young boys to look after, is this ok?
