I have a stretching video that I've only used once. It's about 35 minutes and is solely stretching, on the floor and against the wall. Would it be fine for swaying blue or is it better to skip it?

Sounds good to me!
It's ok for either sway - relaxation is always a good thing. Plus stretching can help your muscles recover after exercise.
