Hi! I'm new! I'm a 32 year old mama of two. My husband and I have a 10 year old boy and an 18 month old boy! We'd like to try and complete our family with just one more addition and I'm hoping it's a girl!
We'd like to start trying in March/April. I'm about 50-60lbs overweight and plan on starting to lose weight now. Is there anything else I can do now to prepare?

I would also consider doing exercise if you can. Even if it's just moderate for now, the benefits for your blood sugar (lowering it may sway pink) and helping lose weight are really important. You may want to increase it over time till you're up to 60 min. 6-7 days a week but for now just start off doing what you can do.
