Hi I was wondering if I can take acidophilus capsules, or will it affect my pink sway? I'm quite prone to bacterial vaginosis (high ph?) and was hoping this would help lower my ph & keep BV at bay! But not going to bother if it affects my sway!

Acidophilus is one of the supplements that sway blue quite heavily. I would not take it at all. Instead, how about eating yogurt? I know there are some at specialty food stores that have different cultures in them that might help you.
GL with your sway! FX that BV stays away for you! Swaying is tough without having to worry about BV too!

Please don't. It is the one thing that was lower than 50-50 results for us (other sites said it swayed pink, but we tried it and got 60% BOYS even with otherwise good pink sways!!) We now use it only for blue with good results.
FWIW probiotic capsules are not the best way to repopulate the VJ with the good guys anyway. It has to colonize your intestines, come out "down below" and gradually make its way into the VJ and this process takes months. It's much better to use a small amount of plain (unsweetened) yogurt with the natural cultures in it as a cream and this really helps get the microbes where they need to be much more quickly.
