I ate protein in every-meal , eggs or peanut butter with brown toast every morning , lots of popcorn as snacks , lots of cornflakes (specially before bed time) , Red meat most of the time , fish and tuna , nuts.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The diet I was on was very different from when I conceived my girl. I used to always skip breakfast and never really snacked. I ate a lot , every 2-3 hours snacking. I stayed away from everything sweet or contain sugar and focused on salty food.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I stayed away from calcium intake , because I was milk lover when I conceived my girl ( I know milk has nothing to do with that , I was in girly environment )
