Posting for my best friend (mother of 3 boys and expecting again): 19w4d ultrasound of current pregnancy (top photo). Baby was being stubborn and kept its legs crossed! The bottom two pics are confirmed boys from previous pregnancies (older brothers). Any educated guesses of what this baby could be?? Thanks!
