Should I sway this month or not??

Hello everyone, So I am supposed to sway this month, but feel I messed up on my sway alot. We are trying to sway boy, but we moved to a new town at the beginning of the month and I very much messed up on my eating 3 meals plus snacks a day and even missed about 4 days of taking all my pills. I was off of my meal plan for about a week maybe a week and a few days, most days only having dinner, it was a very, very stressful move. I did get right back on track with everything, I really felt good about this month, but starting to think I really messed it up, also I was drinking a glass of wine on and off for that week and had a cup of coffee about 3 days of that week. So I am due to ovulate in about 8 days , so do you guys think I should go for it and try again, we have tried 2 times with no luck or wait until November? Some days I just want to give up, and go back to living life as I know and like it.

This is one of those things that I just don't know. As a general rule I like everyone to try (because usually when you "mess up" it's a lot better than you think it is) and I know HE Diet can be really hard for my blue swayers. If you will live a thousand lifetimes of regret if you try and get an opposite this month, it's better to skip it, but at the same time, remember, swaying is like an iceberg, the stuff you see is a lot tinier than the stuff you can't see, and you may end up skipping a good month only to TTC in a worse one.
