So, I have been on the high everything diet for 3 and a half weeks now and have put on 3kgs already. Gone from 47kg to 50kg. I would say I am getting about 2200 calories a day with 3 meals and 3 snacks per day. I don't want to keep putting on 1kg a week! Do you think the weight gain will settle down? Or should I drop down to 2 snacks a day? Or should I just keep up what I am doing considering I have a small frame?
And with the meal/snack timing what should the typical/average time between these be? Say if I was to drop down to 2 snacks a day when should I optimally have these snacks?
