Can't access Private forums - renewed membership

Emailed info@genderdreaming but want to post in case it gets lost. I paid for my auto renewal 2 weeks ago but I can't access the private HT threads. Can you pls help?

Hi I have the same problem, sad face coming up on a lot of private areas that I should be able to see having paid the renewal

Try logging out and logging back in again - I'll message someone who can help as well but often that fixes it.
