Any advise???

I'm looking for a bit of advice, i don't fall pregnant very easily and have been trying to ttc using girl sways since April. On my pp Acijel was recommended, I have been using this since April, maybe to much at at time? I started taking vitex 8 wks ago and my diet isn't to different form the LE diet so I have been stricter since coming across the LE Diet a few months bk. shall I continue with acijel? Maybe a lot less? What about a lime douche 1 hour before bed?
I appreciate any advice

I only put that in there because you said you wanted the best sway in your questionnaire.

I am fine with you leaving the jellies out. I'd have you drop it all together since you've been trying with it that long, but not my call to make, of course!!

Lime douche also really cuts odds of conception. If you want to douche, I recommend a storebought vinegar and water douche (you can buy these in any drugstore) and doing it no sooner than 4-6 hours before. but if you want to do a lime douche, that is at your discretion and the directons on how to do it safely are here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...ching-TTC-Pink

Thank you I think I'm going to stick to the LE my dh and I are on peppermint tea, I'm taking the folic acid, as much exercise as I can and the fibre supplement. The one I'm using is orange fibogel. Do you think that is ok?
