You can eat what you want as long as your totals are within daily limits - i.e. 40-50gram of protein, and 35-60g fat. Nothing is off limits!

I agree with honeybee, as long as you are within your daily limits anything is fine and as long as you are planning to eat them as part of a meal and not snack inbetween. Besides 4% banana is almost nothing so don't stress :happy:
Those types of things can't amount to anything!!!
