Ovulation w/o EWCM?

Hello ladies :)

I am monitoring my cycles right now and think I may have ovulated earlier than usual by a week. I won't know for sure until I have that big temperature shift.

Unlike most cycles, I have been a bit ill this time and so my temps were a bit off from the start. I've been taking Guaifenesin in hopes I produced more EWCM, but due to my illness I also had to take other cold meds to dry up excess fluids. This combination left me with alot of CM but not EW lol. I had a ton of creamy CM around the suspected O day, which is not normal for me. I don't get much CM to begin with and my creamy CM is usually quite thick.

So I'm curious if any of you here have experienced ovulation with creamy CM vs EWCM?

I have definitely Oed without any visible CM, and conceived that way and actually even got a boy (contrary to pretty much all theories!!)

I was testing my CM pH 2-3 times a day so there is absolutely no way I missed it - I never saw anything at all and my pH never went up until after I was already pregnant.

So yes, I'm living proof that you can O without ever witnessing any EWCM at all and not having any rise in pH as a result, either - and that you can conceive a boy that way too. :)
