13w nub??
Not 100% sure if this is a nub or not. If it is, it looks boyish to me. All potty shots look clearly girl with 3 lines and no protrusion whatsoever. Very boyish :) The potty looks boyish too, boys can have 3 lines as well. I would say 99.9% boy.
