Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
No snacking and delayed breakfast was a HUGE change for me as I normally eat like a hobbit. Also cutting out red meat was a huge change.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
16 weeks.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Kind of (I had breakfast, just delayed and usually had 14 hours between my dinner and my breakfast).
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet- No
Did you consume alcohol?
Yes, often. In the beginning drank a glass of white wine (sometimes red wine) everyday just before or during dinner, but in the end I drank only 2-3 times a week.
Did you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
Flexitarian (had very little to nothing meat, but ate fish and shellfish). I was on high upper limits because my BMI was 19 when I started and I went down to 47 kilo (BMI 17) and had to make sure I was not loosing anymore weight. I ate 1.800-2.000 cals and 50-65 fat/protein a day. I still lost weight on this.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I did not feel very well with all the empty carbs I had to consume. I also felt I became sugar addicted which I think is not good for the body long term. A bowl full of vegetables was a great help and helped me neutralize all the acidic food I consumed. Rice was also something I had tons of. After 6 months on diet I added 4-5 eggs per week and one serving of full fat diary on Atomics advice to prevent further weight loss and boost fertility. I had noticed that diet was making my cycles and periods shorter and with more spotting before and after.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
52 kg. 19 BMI when I started.
49 kg. 18 BMI at conception.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I did 60 minutes cardio 4-6 days per week. I did only brisk walking and some days jogging in the forest with my dog - usually in the mornings before work. I also did some YouTube aerobic videos when I could not leave home.
I was trying to hold my weight steady but I kept losing weight even though I was on the high end or even over upper limits some days.

Unknown
Any fertility drugs used?
Yes, 25 mg. Clomid day 2-6. I was monitored by my doctor who had prescrimed me Clomid. I had one cycle on 50 mg. Clomid, where I got pregnant but it was a false egg (missed abortion), so MC six weeks later. After that I had a naturel cycle and then one more time with only 25 mg. Clomid where I got lucky. I also took ovulation injection Ovitrelle to pin point O. Maybe this did the trick.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I was very consistent with the exercise although it was only brisk walking. I also managed to change my diet completely and no snacks between my 3 daily meals.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I had more than one attempt in the fertile window.
Was on high upper limits for LE PCOS diet. 3 cycles before my BFP cycle I had a chemical pregnancy where I eated normal and took prenatal vitamin. As soon as I knew the pregnancy would not work, I started on diet and exercise again. The fact that in the end it is a matter of coincidence and there was no guarantee even though I had been doing very well was also making me nervous.
