If yes to diet, which one did you most follow?Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Went full vegetarian, two meals a day- lunch and dinner, occasionally a third small meal if dinner was early. Absolutely no snacking between meals and no breakfast. Followed limits as much as I could but didn't track as much towards the end since I kinda knew my normal meal sizes by then. I did not drink coffee, caffine or alchohol for non-TTC reasons
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 11 weeks before conception

Did DH change his diet with you? No
Comments regarding DH's diet- He didn't intentionally change anything but naturally ate less meat than normal because I cooked it less.
Did you consume alcohol?Did you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? I ate a lot of pastas, breads, rice, potatoes and cheeses. I mixed white and wheat/grain then tried to go all grain the last few weeks. Also relevant that I was taking 1000mg of metformin which I know helps with sugar levels.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? No alcohol, no caffine
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? BMI 20-21 after I lost some weight the first few months on LE.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I did not exercise at all. I didn’t think I could commit to it so I did total couch potatoes and I know I probably lost muscle tone because I felt very different and less toned. Side note on weight- I lost about 7 pounds the first few months TTC before I found swaying, then I lost another 7 pounds first month on LE so all in all I was down about 14 pounds from my pre- TTC weight. I am not normally big, but this is still the lowest weight I have maintained in probably 13-15 years. (So happy to be that low in prep for pregnancy weight gain).

BD Dates according to OvulationAny additional comments? 1 solid attempt but maybe considered 2 as I was doing every 3.5 days consistently (ex: Monday night, Friday morning) . I did not get a +OPK so I didn’t know I was in my fertility window yet. Thank God for e3-4d pattern to catch the egg.

Did you Jump and Dump?Any relevant attempt details? I think it is relevant that I didn’t know at the time that I ovulated because it was 5 days early so I didn’t know our DTD was in the fertility window yet so it was casual and relaxed and I wasn’t stressing that “this is our attempt at +OPK”.

Any additional supplement info? I was on 1000mg of Metformin. I didn't take clomid the cycle I got pregnant but I did take 50mg of clomid the cycle before my BFP cycle. My clomid cycle was BFN but I believe there still may have been some clomid left in my system that influenced my next cycle and helped get me the BFP.
Did you do anything with Ions? No
Things that make me feel great about my sway: I felt good how well I stuck to the LE diet in terms of two meals, no snacks and no meat. I snacked a lot and always ate breakfast before LE so I think it was a big change for my body. I think I also had some clomid left in my system from the cycle before and that was still helping to sway girl. I also was happy about my lower BMI at time of conception. Overall I think I was very relaxed and not overly stressed with my sway, I stuck to the basics and didn’t add in other things and I think that helped.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I probably wasn’t wonderful on tracking LE limits. Also DTD every 3.5days was a lot for DH and I since when not TTC we are usually once a week people so I worried if more exposure to his sperm changed the dynamics of my girlie parts. I was scared that I went couch potatoes too since 1 hr of cardio was so highly recommended, but I just couldn’t do it regularly enough.
Things worth mentioning: I do have PCOS but I felt my hormones were well controlled on Metformin.
