Most of us have had pH opposites and I saw so many of them, myself included, that we've all but given up on the idea for all but the most hardcore believers.
MB, since you can only try for one month, what would this accomplish for you, really?? It would give you stress and concern over something that you couldn't do anything about anyway, since this is the only month you guys will try. It's not like you're going to skip the month, this is THE month.
I think you should just not worry about this and go with other methods.
I use to check virginal hp with same type of u check ur urine and saliva . it takes moment when u do with urine ans saliva but if u want to check ur cm just take out some and put on strip for about 15- 20 min and you will have your results!
Iam not doing it anymore since i believe other methods works better but if you still want to check this is the way you do it!
Use 1 - 14 or u can use one starts 4.5 up to 9 i believe

Thanks, ladies! So would the LE diet and drinking diet coke, drinking aquafina water, cranberry juice, etc. help lower pH enough to make it "girl friendly"?
Drinking coffee also and all above u said will def drop ur ph level.
I searched on google if anyone got pregnant while their ph level was low like 4.5 or 5 and i find out they did got pregnant while dr swear its imposible for semen to survive on very acidic atmosphere!

Then don't sway our way. I am not asking anyone to trust me. I am laying out my research and experience and then everyone is welcome to pick and choose whatever tactics they'd like to do. If you find the old methods more plausible, then sway the old school way. No worries. In the Complete Index (in my signature below) you'll find all the old school methods spelled out for anyone to use.
We have data that show 1) that coffee is swaying pink and 2) that pH doesn't matter. I am not trying to force anyone to do those things if they don't want to, just reporting that is what our experience has been.
You cannot tell anyone what their ACTUAL pH is (like measurable by doctors, kind of pH) by testing with the pH strips. Doctors are telling the truth, that if pH up inside a woman's body - where it is NOT measurable by the strips, and only doctors can measure it - is too low, no sperm can survive. But this is NOT what people are measuring with pH strips, they're measuring an interaction between their vagina and the EWCM that comes down and out. So yes, doctors are correct that too acidic an environment will kill sperm, but that is NOT what people are measuring with their pH sticks.
It is very likely that pH via stuff you ingest doesn't really work. But none of those things would sway blue, so if you want to use them, that is fine. I would be very cautious with more than a cup of cran juice a day though as it's pretty nutritious and is not concentrated enough to potentially help with a sway anyway. (you need supps for that, and I don't like the supps as they are dangerous to me, but since you're only trying for a short time, I'll put them in your plan)Quote:
