Please help is this really a boy nub ? It looks girly to me? Thanks

Anyone help I should have been 12 weeks 3 days yesterday as had my usual 12 weeks an last week and was measuring 11 weeks and 3 days but at the private scan I was 13 weeks exactly yesterday so not sure why it's a few days out but it's only a few days but anyone on another forum I've been told boy nub but it looks so girly to me as inline with the spine? Any experts help me please?

It looks boyish because it has an angle pointing up compared to the lower spine.

I'm not so sure about this nub. 50/50 from me!
