Pmt-pink sway

Just wondering if pmt would have any impact on a sway?? I have terrible pmt on ovulation and have all boys..i started ovulating yesterday and today i feel angry at everything this usually last a few days for me every month... so was thinking as im swaying pink if i get pmt like usual on the month i want to concieve then does that mean my testosterone levels are high which will be more like a boy sway.. .maybe i will need to do some yoga or something to chill me out that month or am i just over thinking this? X

No, it's been studied and is about estrogen/progesterone levels changing suddenly. Interestingly I get a pretty even split between people who had bad PMT that gets better with swaying, and people who had no PMT who suddenly get it when swaying, that I believe there to be no correlation whatsoever.

(Plus, I had atrocious PMT right before I got my DD!!)

I do not want anyone trying to chill themselves out for swaying. It never works and then you only end up more worked up thinking "OMG I gotta calm down I gotta calm down!"
