Hi Everyone,
I am new here and we are planning to sway for blue soon. I have read a lot but I am still confused about the supplements that the DH needs to take.
Can someone pls mention the name with the brand. I am taking One a Day and looked for the same for DH but it doesn't have the advised amount of Nutrients.
I am scared to try new supplements so can you suggest the safe ones for blue sway.

Hi skyblue, I've got my DH on a men's multivitamin (it's called Centrum - but I'm from Australia). Found this one really good for DH. He had a sperm test (ages ago now) and everythig was super high in regards to numbers and mobile vs immobile, however he had below avergae morphology.
Put him on this multivitamin and made him wear no jocks - 8 weeks later his morphology was well above average for his second test.
I've also got DH on 1000iu vitamin D.
Thankyou Dancingdiva88.I am almost certain that we get that one here also.Is this and the Vitamin D the only Supplements your DH took?

That's the only ones my DH is on. I'm on a prenatal, probiotic, 1000iu vitamin D, 2000mg folic acid and fish oil supps. All at atomic's suggestion

Hi Skyblue, thanks for posting in the forums.
The one I like best is called "Men's One a Day over 50" and it's pretty cheap and everywhere.
Can you please elaborate when you say the one you looked at doesn't have the advised amoutn of nutrients??? Some things we take separately.
