OLE/Cranberry for DH

Hey!

Hubby is 46 and unsure on what supplements are best?
He drinks cranberry daily but have heard might be good? What should he take and qtys?

If he has no health issues he can do OLE daily 500-1000 mg dry leaf or some prefer liquid (if using liquid follow dose on the bottle as they vary by brand) start right away and continue till your BFP and then have him gradually wean off by spacing doses till down to one per week then he can drop.

Is the OLE ok to take while he is on conceive well supplements? He is 46.

Should he be taking Peppermint tea also? and is there a reason an older man should avoid cranberry?

Will get a personalised plan once I get the questionnaire, just wanted to get started asap as we are attempting the next few months.

Yes, they should be ok together. I'd have him cut back on the conceive wells to 3x aweek

I need to do your plan before I advise you on supps. I rarely have a 46 year old man use pep tea though.

Cranberry may be harder on the sperm, so I have guys use OLE. If anything OLE has better results anyway so please don't worry you are selling your sway short!
