i had diet coke between meals with my last sway (which was successful) and im doing the same again as it really helps take the edge off the hunger!! im interested to see the replies to this :)
Yes that's fine. anything zero calorie, artificially sweetened is fine. i'd be on the lookout for things like "diet juice" that have fake sugar but have a fair amount of cals, however. :)
