Since I've seen that exercise is getting great results, I'd like to add it in my sway BUT my next attempt is in 2 weeks. Is that enough time or will that sway blue?

I'd love to see Atomic's input. I have heard of some people (not here on GD) doing a turbo sway which is swaying hard from AF to O, but I don't know if Atomic recommends this and I don't know if exercise is part of a turbo!
i used to worry about people only exercising for two weeks - I speculated it could possibly sway blue to do that. But the results with exercise have been so good that I think it is worth the risk to include it. the 2 weeks thing was totally guesswork on my part, while the results with exercise are REAL. So I now think that reality outweighs my speculation and advise you to add it in even if it's only 2 weeks. AFter all you may not even get pregnant this next cycle anyway.
I do not recommend that because we see very clearly in our results that people dieting only 2-4 weeks, even when they dieted very strictly (because that's what people would do, thinking they'd make up for time on diet by pushing harder) got barely better than 50-50. This rises at 6 weeks, rises more at 8-10 weeks, and into the 70% and up at 12 weeks and there it stays, above 70% results with anything longer than 12 weeks on diet. Given this, I think it's INSANE for anyone to do a "turbo sway" or whatever - by design anyway. I know that some people end up doing this on accident and that's ok if it happens that way (after all you may not even get pregnant that first month!!!) but I don't recommend it as standard practice.
^^^ and if you do end up falling into that on accident, be sure to only do one attempt!!!
