I think I just felt it for the first time! Does it get stronger when you walk?
Not when I walk but when I push on it. It will also be on one side of the body, not the center. For me, it's just inside my hip bone.
I usually notice it more when I am still.
aww you're so lucky if you can feel it, it must make life a lot easier!
I notice it more when I'm still as well. Esp. when I drive for some reason. I have almost incapacitating O pain some months, much worse than anything I've ever had with AF.
If you haven't seen it, here's my essay on O pain. You actually can get it throughout your lower abdomen, it isn't necessarily centered on one side or the other. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...tting-in-depth
I just get alot of cramps with ovulation that seem to get worse after I do the BSF does anyone else get cramps after the BSF?.
My experience is that anything involving touching my cervix does make the pain worse. That's why BD can be really painful for some people around O. So when you insert your finger to do the BSF it hurts.
