Yet another exercise Q
I was doing really well on the exercise (walking and doing running intervals 60 min 5-6 times a week) for about 6 weeks. But I had a sick kid, a minor injury, and a heavy snowfall all around the same time and totally fell off the wagon for the last two weeks or so.
I should O sometime this week, it's been this whole cycle I haven't been exercising. This cycle I'll also be dropping some things that cut odds of conception. If it was your sway, would you start up again now 3-6 days before O or wait?

I would wait, personally. I would be afraid of it causing delayed ovulation. I would pick it back up once you think you've ovulated.

I'd prob wait till after O and then start up. not for swaying, just because I don't want O to be delayed.
